Riley Hawkins, PA-C (Moved Out of State in June)

Left on New Adventures in June - Good luck in Utah Riley! You will be missed here at Salem Endocrinology. Keep in Touch.

Departure Letter from Riley:

To all of my patients,

I am writing to let you know some exciting personal news – my partner has recently completed their medical school education in Portland and was accepted into their top choice residency program out of state. With this, we are entering a new chapter for both of our careers and will be setting off on a new adventure next month. This means that I will be moving out of state at the end of May and leaving my current position with Salem Endocrinology. My last day will be May 27th at the new clinic.

It truly has been a privilege getting to know each and every one of you over the past few years. I have enjoyed working with you and appreciate the trust that you have placed in me. I thank you for your stories and for making my time here so enjoyable and meaningful.

I have also appreciated making the transition to our newly formed Salem Endocrinology team with Praxis Health. Our brand new space and location at 4999 Skyline Rd S is a wonderful environment for patients and staff – if you have not already experienced it. I wish you all the best of luck and know that you will be well cared for in the capable hands of my colleagues at Salem Endocrinology.

Sincerely,

Riley Hawkins, PA-C
